"friendly welcome, the accommodation is approx 4 years old ,so it is in very good condition , ample parking and the food in the pub next door was good."
"The property was clean and tidy the breakfast was poor as with an hour to go before the end of breakfast nothing was left and tables hadnt been cleaned so had to go to weatherspoons across the way from hotel"
