I love everything about you. Only negative thing was the age of the property. I think you should start repairing the floor. They are a lot of things in the apartment which needs replacing. But overall we LOVED it.

This apartment is very pretty. However there is no air con despite the listing saying that there is. There is also no fan so the only option was to leave the windows open which meant we had some fat mosquitos and a LOT of noise. Boutique apartment with all the amenities and close to everything walking. We stayed on the 4th floor but suggest a floor lower which may stay a tad cooler at night.
