Nestled in the Chianti hills, Villa Noce is an elegant Tuscan residence designed for private stays, families and exclusive events. The traditional stone walls and ceilings with exposed wooden beams preserve the character of the original architecture, while the large interiors and independent spaces guarantee flexibility and privacy even for large groups.
The main residence offers generous common areas, including three communicating rooms with piano and an elegant bar area. A professional kitchen equipped with a fireplace and wood-burning pizza oven completes the ground floor, creating an ideal environment for private dinners and convivial moments. The sleeping area is located upstairs and includes six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A part of this floor can be separated and used as an independent area, with private entrance, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, offering greater privacy when necessary.
An independent barn offers additional space with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Overlooking the pool, it guarantees greater autonomy while remaining an integral part of the property. Villa Noce therefore has a total of eight double bedrooms.
The outdoor spaces are designed both for relaxation and for organizing events and include a swimming pool, an equipped outdoor kitchen and a large iron and glass pergola. With a capacity of up to 100 seated guests, the outdoor area can host weddings, private celebrations and other exclusive events immersed in the Tuscan countryside.

Laundry service available on request: €20 per hour.
Daily garden and pool maintenance.
First shopping service available; cost of products excluded.
Tourist tax: €2 per person per night, applicable to guests aged 14 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.
