Stone House with Magnificent 50-Meter Pool

Recently renovated Stone House featuring new floors, lighting, and modern décor. The house blends the charm of traditional architecture with all modern comforts to ensure a pleasant stay in the rural setting of El Soto.



Enjoy a magnificent private pool, open during the summer season from June 15 to September 30—perfect for hot Andalusian days.



The location is excellent: just 400 meters away is the Sunshine Tour international equestrian event, and in only 15–20 minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches on the Cádiz coast, such as Los Caños de Meca, El Palmar, Zahara de los Atunes, and many more.

Propiedad en buena ubicación y tranquilidad

Pros: La casa tenía muy buenos servicios, una buena piscina, un amplio garaje, un baño abajo cerca de la piscina y la barbacoa con zona cubierta. En la planta de arriba una amplia cocina y salón y una estupenda terraza.
