Checking in is absolutely horrid. This hotel actually does not allow you access to your room until the actual 3:00pm check in time, I’ve never experienced this with any other property. Usually whatever time you get in, you check in and have access to your room. The check in process is completely disorganized, having to continuously check with the front desk. Luggage room is a nightmare. Hotel is clean and amenities are very good. Staff was nice and helpful. Just seems they can not handle large crowds or their busy season.

It was very nice but we never had any hot water so cold showers a lot. Also we asked to get out sheets cleaned or new towels and it never happened which was very frustrating. Although the apartment is very clean and has all the things you need!

"Hotel was nice with a great location but they hit my nerve with a HUGE pet peeve of mine. When we showered the first day there the tub filled with water and would not drain to keep up with the shower water. This is disgusting but furthermore made the shower into and ice skating rink, we were sliding ..."
