People were very nice. Room is basic. Facilities are basic. A/C was not effective. Breakfast was ok. Basic and coffee maker was broken. I would have given a lower rating if it wasn’t for the friendliness of staff.

The Hitel was very clean, staff very good, I thing, I didn’t like was, we were having a drink in the Garden Bar at the Hotel, people that had a dog, walked the dog to the grass of the garden bar & let there dog have a wee & a poo, with us seated on the next table, that I didn’t like, so I won’t be staying there again, shame

A breadth of fresh air

The hotel is very easy to get to and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Our room was lovely and spacious and the receptionist changed us to the ground floor to accommodate our ageing dog

This is an old style hotel, well mantained, really nice staff. Great bedroom/bathroom. Good food in the bar / restaurant. Poor breakfast

You can hear everything from the other rooms. We had to physically go down to reception to inform them about the noise because the telephone did not work either. Finally the noise ended at 1am😔

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans et hôtel. Malgré un environnement extérieur moyen (zone commerciale) l'hôtel a su créer une endroit paisible avec un jardin et une piscine charmants et le barman a été très sympathique. La chambre était très bien. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Para repetir una y otra vez

Una gran experiencia y la mejor opción si viajas con mascota. Eso fue lo mejor, la aceptación que tienen de animales, viajamos con nuestra Golden Retriever y solo nos encontramos facilidades para que nos acompañara a cada instante. La habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, con una terraza casi tan grande como la habitación. El personal bastante agradable. Si hay algo que mejorar sería la variedad en el desayuno y la calidad de la cafetería/restaurante. Por lo demas, todo de 10. Una relacion calidad-precio inigualable, un piscina bastante agradable y una ubicacion muy buena, un poco a las afueras de Salamanca pero muy cerca de todos los lugares turísticos y con el centro comercial a 5 minutos andando. Repetiremos cada vez que vayamos a Salamanca.
