Les lits superposés dans le couloir permettent d'accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Belle salle de bain refaite dernièrement. Un rafraichissement du reste du logement serait à envisager. Les poëlles, casseroles et certains ustensiles de cuisine sont à renouveler. Prévoir un bon nettoyage de la hotte.
