Ce serait vraiment louper un tres bel appartement rénové à neuf ideal pour un couple. Situé à 150 m de la plage avec la possibilité de garer 2 vehicules sur la propriété. Rue calme. Terrasse tres ombragée ( oranger) Pas de vis à vis hormis la rue calme qui est à 15metres. Super sejour pour connaitre la cote vermeille côté mer france( COLLIOURE,PORTVENDRES BANYULS) et catalogne, plus interieur des P.O. Les proprietaires sont attentionnés et c est un plus agréable. Grosse begehbare Dusche, und auch die Betten/ Schlafcouch sind sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage läuft tadellos und sehr leise. Der Aussenbereich lädt zu sitzen und verweilen ein, es ist immer ein schattiges Plätzchen da. Entfernung zum Strand, Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.
