#### Séjour banuyls

Logement vétuste mal équipé en vaisselle. Pas très propre . A notre arrivée l’agence n’a pas su nous expliquer l’emplacement donc nous avons eu du mal à trouver et numéros donnés pour le digicode n’étaient pas les bons ! La mise à jour des dossiers chez Foncia laisse à désirer ! Bref je ne conseille pas ce logement ! En tout cas pas prix demandé !

#### Vacances à Banyuls-sur-Mer

Une fois passé à l'agence, vous devez vous débrouiller pour trouver la location. L'entrée n'est pas spécifiée comme étant non adaptée à des personnes ayant quelques difficultés pour se déplacer. La maison n'en n'est pas une, c'est un appartement. Il y a des locataires en dessous et sur les côtés. L'air conditionné du séjour n'est pas entretenu et donc, ne fonctionne pas de manière optimale. Sinon, à part ça, la vue était top et nous nous y sommes bien sentis. Peut être qu'il serait plus judicieux de donner des détails sur l'entrée, dans l'annonce. De cette manière, les personnes qui louent, savent à quoi s'attendre.

La vue sur la mer est imprenable. Le logement est propre, confortable et bien équipé. Le descriptif est assez vague et gagnerait à être plus précis : balcon, taille des lits, électroménager.

#### Belle maison très bien située

Dans un quartier fermé, au calme, la plage à 2 pas, très calme, une maison bien aménagée. La terrasse avec vue mer est idéale pour tous les repas. Les deux salles de bains sont très agréables et la cuisine amplement suffisante. Les barbecues étant interdits, une petite plancha fait bien l'affaire. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié cette location.
