Cet appartement de vacances, niché sur les hauteurs de la résidence (accès par de nombreuses marches) et situé en rez-de-chaussée de bâtiment, se compose d’une cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur un séjour lumineux, d’une chambre avec un lit double (160x200 cm), d’une seconde chambre dotée d’un lit simple (90x190 cm) et d’un lit double (140x190 cm), d’une salle d’eau, de WC indépendants, ainsi que d’une terrasse avec une agréable vue sur la mer et la montagne. Une place de parking dans un garage couvert complète le bien.  
Les points forts : proximité du centre-ville et de la plage centrale de Banyuls (à 300 m), terrasse avec vue mer, stationnement privé, télévision et climatisation.
