Ideal for 8 people and fully air-conditioned, the ground floor comprises a living room opening onto a splendid terrace and summer kitchen, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen (including a filter coffee maker), a bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate WC. A garage for one car completes this villa, and a second car can also be parked in front of the garage.
