"This was a very nice hotel for me. I liked its location, amenities, and staff service. The hotel was well lit and clean. My room had all the needed amenities that functioned well. The bathroom was clean and the shower functioned properly. The complimentary breakfast was good. They served eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, cereals, coffee, juices, fruits, etc. They had a fitness room and an indoor swimming pool. They also had a water fountain, a restaurant attached to the hotel and a nice lobby area. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here. "

"Parking was horrendous/non-existent. Noise around the hotel was terrible. There is only one elevator in the center of the building so depending on where your room is and where you park, you might end up walking really far to your room and then back and forth to your car...nightmare. Upon entering the room, a foul odor. Dishwasher was rancid. That got better after we ran it. Garbage disposal didn't work and was full of rotten food. "

"Perfect home for our business trip while our team was in the area for a couple weeks. Fully stocked kitchen, with both Anna and Carbondale nearby to shop for food and supplies. Allison was a great, responsive host. "

"No hotel staff, only a kiosk for check in and check out. When arrived no pillows, had to wait two hours to recieve any. Hotel was a little dirty, rooms were clean. Beds were comfy but TV had no channels and wifi was very slow. "

"The room was dirty. Holes in the doors and walls. Missing trim pieces on the floor. Missing the chair that goes to the desk. The bed was like three feet high and was not able to get on the bed. No lights in the bedroom. Overall room was dirty. The furniture looked like it had not been clean or dusted for quite some time. We have stayed in this hotel.Many times and this was the worst it has ever been. And I will be notifying corporate office. "
