Knotty pine interior. Private sand beach on 1.5 acre pond. Elevated wood deck with patio seating. Canoe available for catch and release fishing or fish from 27 foot 10' wide dock. Cabin located on 30 wooded acres with blacktop drive and ample parking. There is a fire pit on the beach. wood available for an extra fee. Pets allowed for an extra fee. Wheelchair accessible. check our website out for details. NO WIFI, only local channels on TV. CHECK IN AT 4:00 pm CHECK OUT AT 11:00 am weekends must be booked together or a different rate for one day will be required. ALL HOLIDAYS AND SIU EVENTS REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Fees are set for 10 persons there is a $20 per night per person addition fee for over 10 occupants If you have any concerns please CONTACT ME PERSONALLY so I can address them.
