Our group had some back and forth wt the hotel management, but the host was very responsive and helped us resolve any concerns immediately. Charis really cares about guests' experience and will do what he can to make it better. We certainly enjoyed our time. We had no problem fitting all 4 family members on the larger L shaped sofa, or around the 4-seater dining table. The kitchen was a small, as most are in the aparthotels in Bansko. The owner was very helpful and easily contacted, especially useful when the front desk had not let all reception staff aware of our check-in. The location is a short walk (<5 mins) across town from the main gondola lift. It's level, so no struggling up or downhill. There are multiple supermarket within 5 mins, as well as a large number of restaurants. There is one lively bar very close by, and a number of pleasant lobby bars in larger hotels on the same street. ##### Philip W. L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage de l'immeuble, vue sur les montagnes, il est grand et bien équipé, avec un petit balcon permettant de faire sécher les chaussures de randonnée. Il est TRÈS bien situé avec le télécabine à 5 min à pied, le parking gratuit devant l'hôtel, les restaurants et mini supermarchés accessibles à pied. Accès à 200m à la route qui mène au refuge du Vichren pour s'y garer et accéder aux départs de randonnée. Petit souci de fuite d'eau à notre arrivée, mais réglé dans les 2h, grâce à la bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Un petit meuble dans la salle d'eau pour poser les affaires de toilette de 4 personnes serait bien pratique, ainsi que 1 ou 2 barres supplémentaires pour accrocher les serviettes. Pas de climatisation, mais en ouvrant les fenêtres, on arrive facilement à avoir des courants d'air et les nuits sont fraîches, donc ça n'a pas posé de problème (puisque le quartier est très calme donc silencieux). Nous avons dû abréger notre séjour pour raisons personnelles, mais nous y reviendrions volontiers! Nous recommandons! ##### Alexandra P.
