We stayed for 4 nights as part of our vacation. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use daily housekeeping so I cannot comment on that except the housekeeper was very friendly and the things I asked for were given to me right away. Check in and out was very efficient and we stored our luggage on the last day with no extra charge. The breakfast was really really good. English bacon is amazing. We ate breakfast and nothing again until dinner because we were so full. The hotel is so convenient to the trains and downtown and right around the corner to the Empire Theatre - I wish we could have gotten tickets to see something there. Oh well - next time because we will be back!

Staff at desk friendly and helpful. Kept my luggage for me until I was ready to check in. Head of housekeeping checked that I was happy with room cleaning. Hotel had form asking for and suggestions for improvements. Liked it enough that I have booked 2 more stays.
