"The hotel lobby and salt water pool were delightful. However the lighting in the rooms was poor; no good lights around the bed for reading. Particularly extremely poor lighting in the bathroom. The only mirror was-above the sink and lighting was very dim and impossible to use for close viewing. Bathroom could use more towel hooks."
"Great place to stay.
Access to ferry near bye.
Easy access to Grand Palace and Watt Arun.
Staff can book any tours.
The restaurant was great.
Over all great pick to stay."

5/5 Excellent
"The property is very conveniently located. We stayed there both the night before and after a trip to Bhutan. The room was great - comfortable and clean and a welcome change from Bhutan. The spa is beautiful and the treatments fantastic - best message of my life and I have had a lot. Japenese restaurant very good. Overall, a great hotel.

"Convenient to airport. Very nice staff. Very good restaurant. The only drawback is that it is on a pretty industrial area. But I think that is because it is so close to the airport."

"Very good, apart from being put in a room directly beneath their bar/club on floor 32 which played loud music till 0100. They were able to move us the next day to a nicer room albeit 16 floors lower down. Service was great and place was well kept. "
