Staff were polite and friendly. Some of the power points not working, one powerpoint blew out my hearing aid when I put it on charge. I had the correct powerpoint adaptors. The room was clean and quiet being off the main street. Taxi on arrival dropped off was at the main Resort entry. However unaware one must walk to the main street to pick up an ordered taxi, so missed my taxi order because I waited out the front of the Resort. The Thong Ta Resort is not too far from the airport.

Good location. Just 10 minutes taxi from the airport. There is a local bazaar nearby and lots of local food vendors.

Great staff

Very nice hotel Very nice and helpful staff Very clean Good shower Close to restaurant, 7/11, BigC. Intense traffic to Lotus and bigC so take a taxi don’t pay het taxidriver’s phone number and ask them to wait while you shop and pay when you are back at the hotel.

OK for the Price

Had to change rooms because of smell in first room. Blinds very old and falling apart did not cover full window lettng in light from the street. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable clean beds No elevators.

Close to BKK airport 200baht taxi ride including a tip. Large room, slightly softer than the usual Thai bed. Street food 30m and 7eleven just 50m. Carried my bags to the room, ensured air condition was on and working, called taxi for return to airport. Convenient for overnight

Old run down hotel very hard to find. Located in a small Soi next to street food market.noisy area cats howling in the morning and customers arguing with the ladies at night. Bed OK and clean no toiletries so bring your own. That said it is very cheap and good Street food nearby.

Room was tidy & clean but be aware of mosquitoes and flies. Also, not all the mentioned amenities were provided, we had to request whatever we should have already in room available for use. When I ask them tooth brush and tooth paste he said you need to buy but what it was mentioned in the available amenities ? No hair dryer No toilet roll 1.5/5

I only stayed for 10 hours before my flight left but the 10 hours was great. They were friendly, got me into my room quickly and helped me get a taxi from the hotel to the airport. There was coffee in the room as well as bottled water, a kettle and a mini fridge. I would definitely stay again.

Pros - close to the airport and very cute ornaments around the hotel. Cons - we booked a room for 4 but settled for 3 on the main floor as there’s no lift and we only used the room to shower before our night flight. There were only 3 towels in the room but the receptionist refused to give us 4.

Good locations for me with close to airport and happy & healthy bike lane. Close to market with good food. Only not perfect was a little noisy AC but I slept anyway

The hotel with bugs reminded me hotels of Paris

It was the worst hotel I have seen, Many bugs in the bed, and small spiders in the air, in addition to mosquitos, it was not possible to open the door of the toilet after being closed from inside until a maintenance staff came to break the door lock late at night.
