We were especially impressed with the free shuttle service. We arrived in Bangkok late at night at 11:30 pm and were promptly picked up and had to leave just a few hours later at 6:30 am to go back to the airport. This was absolutely no problem. The room itself was clean and came with free water, bathroom amenities, a safe, and bath robes. The air conditioning worked well too.
