Overall hotel is comfortable. Location is good just 2-3min to Emporium mall and train station. The only thing engaged a hotel car service for 3 hours and cost Baht 5000. I guess next time will be GRAB. Hotel these service I know they like to charge a premium but this is way too premium. Ground floor restaurant food is reasonable and nice ambiance. However the Mediterranean restaurant (Skalini) at L2 has nice ambience but food is only average.

Good hotel. Staff needs improvement.
Overall the hotel is very good however there’s are some points that definitely have to improve: - pillows are horrible. - we made a reservation for 3 people and when we arrived the reception had inform us that even though we pay for 3 people, as one is a kid that would be no extra bed but my son would need to sleep with us in the room. - reception politeness. When the situation occurred the manager on duty was quite rude telling us the setup. Quite unusual in Thailand and this attitude would not even be ok in Europe.

Man I cannot praise the young lady at the frint desk enough. Her English and grasp of context was remarkable. Very helpful, friendly, and funny. The young men were good as well at getting your luggage to you. But again the young lady was the star. She hustled. I can't pronounce or spell her name which is a shame. Stay here and you will be very pleased.
