"the cleanliness of the room was acceptable. the bathroom sliding door was off but the staff came promptly to fix it when we called the front desk. they even presented us with a snack the next day as an apology. the tv selection was pathetic. most movie channels were screening movies in thai OR very old english movies (i'm talking about 25 years and more). the location is fantastic, right next to emporium."

"Gym is spacious but equipment is aged. Treadmill belt was skipping at higher speeds which is a safety issue, similar for both treadmills. Feedback to the hotel staff and they said they were aware of it, which shows it’s not a new occurrence. Other than that, it’s a very nice hotel with large rooms, helpful staff and fantastic location."

"Positive Good location, accessible by BTS station. Near major shopping malls. Plenty of choices for food around the hotel. Spacious for a standard room and comes with basic amenities. Prompt and good hospitality service from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping and F&B team Negative Strong musky smell in the room, which causes an unpleasant stay when in the room"
