Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Small touches of decor made room feel like home. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Plenty of complimentary parking although we did visit off peak. Close to everything you need in Banff. Only downside was there was no laundry facilities in the hotel

This property has been updated to provide guests with a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious. The amenities are wonderful. The bathrobe and slippers in the room are better than the Banff Fairmont (we experienced both). The new NORA spa is outstanding, but the steam room was not working when we were there. Everything else was terrific, though. We enjoyed this property, and the coffee shop in the lobby was a convenient bonus.

Great location, everything was clean, and the rooms were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is really nice as well. When the hotel is busier, there might be a little too little space around the pool for sun loungers, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend!

We spent one night here for our anniversary, and everything exceeded our expectations! The facilities were outstanding, the staff was friendly and the entire experience was first-class! One of the highlights of our stay was when the owner came over to introduce himself while we were at the pool. We had a wonderful conversation, and it was clear how much pride he takes in this amazing property and the guest experience. We can't wait to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This may be one of my new favourite hotels. The staff was incredibly friendly, even gave me a bottle of wine as I was there for a business trip, treating some of my team. The pool was my favourite aspect, it’s absolutely beautiful, so relaxing with amazing views and natural light. I loved the attention to detail in every corner of our room, and the location couldn’t be better, truly. Can’t wait to come back.

Terribly expensive as we booked last minute. Thought I was paying in Canadian dollars on Expedia’s website but wasn’t, it was US dollars so even more expensive….I was gutted, even more so as I couldn’t cancel. Considering the high cost we were expecting The Ritz standard but it wasn’t. Just a nice hotel with lovely staff…wasn’t worth the £600 per night cost…..I still have hotel-regret! 😥

We needed a hotel for one night and The Kendrick was perfect. A wonderful restaurant on site, pools and hot and cold jacuzzis. The room was large, bed was comfortable and it was easy walking distance to the local stores. They helped me to get transportation in the morning for my next destination which was very helpful. This hotel is on the regular stops for the shuttle we used from the Calgary airport, which is nice.

We loved everything about this hotel from the lobby to our room … and the jacuzzi hot tub. The Mountain View’s from the room were amazing. The staff gave us text access to connect with any needs and were very responsive. The beds were comfortable, and the room was decorated perfectly. The hotel is in a great location that give you great walk ability to Banff.

Schöne, zentrale Lage an der Hauptstraße, aber nicht laut. Die Zimmer waren modern und geräumig. Es gab einen Parkplatz im Haus und hinterm Haus. Es gab ein ausreichend großes Schwimmbad mit Sauna. Die Möglichkeit für ein Frühstück war ebenfalls gegeben, allerdings gab es relativ wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall ein sehr gutes Hotel. 100% Empfehlung.
