Daily housekeeping like in a hotel. Accommodations very clean and nice. Hot tub area has amazing views and plenty of room, including a fire pit. The unit we rented was listed as 3 bedrooms but it was actually 2 bedrooms with a divider - one door to the room. It worked fine but we were a bit surprised. The location is great because it is an easy walk to downtown Banff. The Roam bus shuttle is free with this booking but we didn’t use it at all, preferring to walk. Parking at the facility is easy. Laundry is available but we were surprised that there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire complex. There is a laundry business in town where you can do laundry yourself or drop off and pick up. I wish we had known about that ahead of time, as we definitely would have planned to use that service. Overall a great stay, nice property with scenic views and excellent location. Would definitely stay again. ##### Julie O.
