The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free parking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Wonderful stay and highly recommended We stayed at the Banff Aspen Lodge for a week in October and couldn't have been happier with it. They let us check in early and gave us a room upgrade to the third floor, exactly as we'd requested and honestly, they were accommodating with every request we made all week. The room was large, spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included every day, and it was excellent and a great way to start the morning before heading out. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay and the location is amazing as its right in the center of everything. Would highly recommend and we'd happily stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Aspen Lodge! The room was beautiful, and the amenities were great. But our favourite part was definitely the breakfast! 😋 It was delicious, very well organized, and we loved that it was self-serve so we could go back for more whenever we wanted. The location is also AMAZING, right in the heart of Banff! Everything is within walking distance, including the shops, restaurants, and most shuttle pickup points for the lakes and airport, which were only about a 10-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banff! ❤️🏔️

Well located property on the Main Street. Room was clean and the layout functional. Hot tub, steam room, dry sauna, and cold pool on property were quite nice. Included breakfast was good but sometimes busy. Staff were friendly and responsive.
