"Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The WiFi was excellent and the staff were all amazing. The buffet breakfast was well stocked at all times and included plenty of variety of Indonesian foods. The rooftop Sky Bar afforded great views, happy hour was enjoyable and the food on offer was tasty, although pizza, pasta and burgers are not our preference. We couldn't fault the hotel at all, everything was fabulous. While it isn't located near anything to see or do, it is only a IDR30k Grab ride to KL Braga."

"the location is good and staff are very welcoming and nice. however the hotel property itself needs a major update. the toilet countertop and basin are half falling, the shower gel bottle and whatever is inside looks old and smell disgusting. Breakfast is okay, not fantastic but also not too bad. the staff are really the highlight, from receptionisth to car park security, everyone is polite and helpful!"
