In the bathroom toilet bowl water keeping running after flush and the door won't close properly, there was a leaking stains from the top floor. For the breakfast everyday was the same menu.

Dirty bathrooms and rooms. Clog toilets. Towels are old and thin Breakfast was limited, tasteless and cold even we was the first one to have the breakfast at 6.am Attitude of staff, take things very lightly even after complaining about the toilet.

Water heater is dirty. Toilet door unable to close tide. Hair dryer is cold wind , take long time for me to dry hair . Bed & pillow Is good , aircon is cold , water heater is functioning lighting warm light & with a lot of plug provided . location is near to PJV. Convenient to find foods and drinks . Nice hotel near Paris Van Java mall

I stayed at the hotel before in 2011. Decided to stay at the hotel again because of its location. Apparently, the hotel has been renovated and my stay at the executive suite located at the hotel's new wing was nice. The toilet has no hand spray bidet but is equip with toilet seat spray bidet. Unfortunately, during my short stay we were provided with towel that kinda have an old towel smell. The toilet paper was also not refilled which is a bummer unless there's hand spray bidet.

Hotel is clean and cozy. The hotel décor is beautiful for picture taking. Staff are friendly and nice. The hotel comes with free buffet breakfast. The food is nice and the variety is good.

Minimal to no wifi at ground level

Our room was located at the ground level nearer to the kitchen of the hotel and there was no wifi nor signal at all in the room, we had to go to the lobby everytime we needed wifi! It was really annoying because we couldn't even get 3g but the moment we step outside the hotel we got 4g. Nevertheless, the staff were pleasant and the breakfast spread was great!

Booking a standard room , was moved to a superior with full reasons but that there is not convenient because of roof leaking toilet , a bed rang and a bit cramped :(

Kamar tidak kedap suara, jd saya terbangun dr tidur karena suara org jalan dan ngobrol didepan kamar Sarapan jam 8 rata2 sudah habis, hanya tinggal nasi dan ayam, yg lain y habis dan tidak cepat disajikan oleh staff restoran. Padahal jam breakfast dari jam 6 - 10 Bayar hotel nya pakai kurs dolar, jadi harga rupiah di expedia tdk sesuai dg bayar dihotel, krn menggunakan kurs hari kita check out.

Not impressed with the front desk service. Hotel security needs to be improved, as one of my guest lost his bag while sitting on the lobby.
