In general I have found hotel spas in Indonesia to be very professional. However, at this hotel, the masseuse stripped off my underwear saying it was in her way. She did not provide any type of sheet to cover me during the massage. The massage was about 20 minutes less than the time paid for and then the masseuse asked for a tip and was deeply offended that the tip I offered was not enough. It would be 3-4 stars for me for the price if not because of the condition of the bathroom. Mould all over the place in the shower section and there was this strong sewerage leaking that comes and go in the bathroom. It was especially strong when I turned on the ventilation fan.
