The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and well decorated. The resort has the makings of being very good and is presently under construction. The biggest problem I had was an inability to get on the internet in my room. As i was working and had meetings in the middle of the night (which I could not log into it was very frustrating. Also not sure what was happening with the pool. I saw the rooms that all had direct access to the pool from the balconies which would have been great as I presently have a disability from a recent operation. Instead i was downstairs, down a flight of stairs with no access. I went to the pool and i am not sure it was even open . There were no cushions on any of the loungers so nowhere to sit or lie down. I never saw anybody in the pool. The other strange thing was having to wrestle to put a padlock on the door rather than open with a key every time one went in or out.

When I arrived I had just left another hotel that looked good on line but it wasn’t what I expected so I looked around and found Thapae Twins. What a good choice. Everyone was very helpfull but New and Nam Whan were over the top with helping get to places I was looking for. I will stay again.
