"The room was as advertised. Clean and well appointed. We booked a pool room and my only complaint is that they had the filter on a timer. It was windy and rainy so often when we got ready to use our private pool, it was dirty. They did adjust the timer to every 2 hours rather than every 4 and would come clean it in request. However, when you want to use the pool, you don’t want to have to wait, especially considering the price point of the room. The pool area got quite messy with the win but was cleaned each morning. I just didn’t see it maintained (twigs swept up, beds tidied) after the rain. Location is a quick trip from airport but a short walk to shops and restaurants. The beach across the road is a national park and requires an admission. We used the beach further down attached to a restaurant. It was overall a good stay. The room was the highlight- comfy bed, great bathtub, relaxing seating area."

"I booked a stay for a week and left after one day due to being intimidated by 8 Russian men. As a trans woman traveling alone on vacation knowing that Thailand is very safe for LGBTIQQ ppl. I went to the pool after visiting the spa which was amazing and the staff was very helpful. I left as I felt my life or the safety of my life would be at risk and would not be able to enjoy my trip as planned. While sitting at the pool I had 3 very large mafia type Russian me sit/stand over me while talking Russian and staring at me. There was another 5 standing off in the background waiting. I left the pool and packed up my things and left the property to another resort and had no issue at another property. I also at the time requested to close out my bill of which they handed me a bill and I paid it. After leaving the property they called my new resort telling the staff I owed them for the spa I visited. I paid the additional bill to not cause trouble in another country. It was very unprofessional of them to request more money after I had shorten my stay. I would not recommend staying here as a LGBTIQQ member or born female unless you can defend yourself against 3-8 Russian men alone. I was told after the fact that these Russian type visit this area quite often. Where I stayed at afterwards I had no issues with any Russian persons. The lack of security to protect its guest was a joke at best."

"My sister and I stayed here for two wonderful weeks and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. We truly had no complaints throughout our entire stay. The staff were consistently warm, attentive and highly professional, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of every day. During our time in Phuket, we met many amazing people and on our final night, the resort kindly allowed us to host a small gathering with our new friends. It turned into such a memorable celebration and we really appreciated the relaxed and accommodating atmosphere. The food and beverage selection was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious meals and drinks to enjoy throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for making our visit so enjoyable, comfortable and unforgettable. Keep up the fantastic work! We miss the members we interacted with already lol.. We will definitely visit here again! ขอบคุณ, ขอบคุณ, ขอบคุณ And God bless"
