#### Enjoyable Townhome

Great location, just a quick walk to Little Italy. Host was very commutative, but no issues and the townhome had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

#### Excellent with caveats

Everything was excellent with two exceptions. The bed on the third floor is very uncomfortable and the stairs are steep and difficult to climb. Keep in mind it’s a row house, and space is at a premium. With that in mind, they did a great job with what they had to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Baltimore and appreciated being centrally located where Uber trips were super short no matter where we went.

#### Nice place, a few issues, meh area

A few issues we ran into: I killed a total of 11 bees in my bedroom, my fiancée saw a mouse scurry under the fridge, and there is heavy construction all around the property starting at 7am sharp and impossible to sleep through! The property is closer to Perkins Homes than any of the areas described in the title, which doesn’t appear to be the nicest/safest area. We were able to walk to some great locations, but didn’t exactly feel safe as we approached the Vrbo. Other than the bee issue, the bedrooms were clean. I think the couch was listed as a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t count on it - one of our group dropped out last minute so we didn’t need to.
