By far the best experience that I've ever encountered with hotel staff. The front desk staff, Tykwon (sp?) and Dakota, were extremely pleasant, helpful and kind. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and served in the hotel's beautiful restaurant by an incredible lady! I'm originally from Baltimore and on my frequent trips back "home", I like to play tourist and I stay in a different hotel each time. I've stayed in 14-16 different hotels throughout downtown Baltimore (Inner Harbor, Harbor East, SoBo, Mount Vernon..) Hands down, my experience at The Hotel Indigo was the best. Of late, I travel back and forth from Virginia Beach VA to Baltimore primarily for medical care at the Johns Hopkins Hospital so a certain degree of stress, physical pain, and discomfort are a given with each trip. This most recent trip was the only trip where I felt completely relaxed, was able to sleep comfortably and just thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of my needs being taken care of by a hotel.
