It was fine, but not included with the lodging fee. The elevator did not work at times, but the staff was there immediately to assist. The staff was very kind and helpful. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Sonesta Hotel. The rooms were very clean. The Lobby had a modern feel with cozy vibe. Walking distance to the Baltimore convention Center. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. The price was right."
