Quaint property in great Fells Point location. Easy check in process and larger than anticipated. It had everything we needed. Wonderful home away from home.

Our host Jamie was most thoughtful and accommodating. A great communicator, she helped us every step of the way and had gifts for my sons upon arrival.

Charming little place that we thoroughly enjoyed. Kitchen is well equipped. As many reviewers have noted, the steps are a bit daunting, but our ancient knees handled them well. We would stay here again.

Love this place. Stayed in their Courtyard apt a couple of years ago too. Perfect location, great space, decorated with antiques and cool stuff. Don't know why anybody stays in a hotel when you can stay here. Any time I'm coming to Baltimore, this is my place! Could live here guilty-time!

It was so nice to spread out and have a big space for our weekend in baltimore. Lots lf charm. John was extremely accomodating for a late checkout. Check in was very easy.

This small, but well appointed house is in a fun neighborhood. Street was very loud at night so bring ear plugs.

The place was lovely and a good location. The host was amazing! A small issue with the air conditioner. He responded immediately and had several options/solutions. We highly recommend and will use again!

This apartment was close to everything and such a cozy respite at the end of a busy cold day. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed having two bathrooms which was really unexpected for such a small space. The apartment gets great natural light and has a great layout. I especially loved the historical feel and eclectic furnishings that made it feel homey.

John had every detail arranged even before we arrived. The location was perfect in Fell's Point for what we wanted to do. The apartment itself was was an eclectic mix of historic charm and modern convenience. It was secure and we found it to be surprisingly quiet. We felt comfortable during our entire stay and would love to return.

Topside is a great . This place is well put together unique structure in many ways. Very clean and well stocked with supplies. Everything here is in walking distance or a quick Uber ride away for those who may not want to walk. Highly recommended! A great experience for us. Would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

We had a great weekend in Fells Point. The place is super clean and you get to experience life as a local. We had a problem w the check-in as we didn't get the email w the correct details but the owner quickly made it right and got is right in. No car was necessary for us as we walked mostly everywhere for the three days we were in town.

We stayed at Topside for two weeks. We were doing Historical Research in the area. We were very comfortable in what I would call a nice apartment in a great area of Baltimore. The apartment was cozy, clean and felt like home. We really have no complaints. It was just what we were looking for. We loved walking downtown and the apartment was convenient for travel to and from the Archives. I would most definitely recommend these lodgings.

We spent three nights in Fells Point and were able to see so many things in Baltimore from this property. Traveling by motorcycle, parking and things within walking distance were two top priorities. This property enabled us to park the bike right on the street outside the gate and walk to all of the popular destinations. The antique furnishings and modern amenities made it a great place to stay for us. Just be sure you can handle two sets of steep steps to access the living spaces. We would stay here again if we return to Baltimore!

My husband, son, and I spent a lovely couple of days here over New Year's. It was very comfortable and, as others have mentioned, the pictures don't do it justice. It was larger than it appears in the pictures and it was incredibly clean. My biggest hesitation with booking a place through HomeAway or VRBO is always the cleanliness of the places. This was, by far, the cleanest place that we have ever stayed. The location is also ideal as we were able to walk everywhere very easily. We found parking right around the corner and didn't have to move the car the entire time we were there. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

The location, if you want to spend time at the harbor, is fantastic. Everything's walking distance. The appartment has lots of space and nice amenities, many of which are beautiful antiques. It reminded me of a nice BnB. The entry stairs, up a flight, are very steep and short. We had to turn our feet to go up and carrying a heavy suitcase up wasn't easy. The bedroom is up another flight of stairs. If you struggle with stairs, this isn't the place for you. But if you're okay with that and don't have significant luggage, it's a gorgeous place in a great location.

Nice place overall, but those were the most narrow and steep stairs I have ever experienced! This place is not suited for anyone that isn't in great physical shape. It is on second and third levels, so lots of stairs. We did enjoy the high ceilings and charm of this row house. The security gate was an added security measure and we liked having the little courtyard area away from the street. One of the reasons I selected this unit was it indicated there was off-street parking in the features and amenities (using filter on Vrbo). So we were surprised to find out that there was NOT off-street parking with this unit, only street parking, which was exceptionally challenging when returning back late at night. For this reason and those stairs, we won't be planning to stay here again in the future.

We came with 2 specific purposes: 1. Attending an Orioles game (the Angels were in town) 2. Visiting friends in nearby Canton Square and in D.C. This location was perfect! The accommodations are lovely and you can't beat the location--walkable to anything and everything you want to do. Pro tip: There's a washer/dryer in this unit. If you can't find detergent, go to the laundromat across the street and buy $1-$2 detergent from the vending machine--no packing dirty clothes!! Recommendations: Best Day Ever Baltimore (all occasion store in Canton Square--walkable), Blue Moon Cafe--(get the Sweet Baby Jesus), Sip and Bite (Diner in between Fells & Canton--get the crab bene).
