I’ve stayed here several times before and I would say that it’s average, clean enough, breakfast is decent, property is clean, kinda in a seedy area but that doesn’t really bother me. Actually I will continue staying here when I visit Bmore. I’m sure there are other better hotels but this one is just fine

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great for getting to the Ravens stadium, which was very convenient. Our room was nice and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast—it was excellent! One thing to keep in mind is that this is a city location, so there is some traffic noise and the surrounding area can be busy. If you prefer a quiet, peaceful setting, this may not be the best fit. However, if you’re looking for a convenient location with a nice room and a great breakfast, we had a very pleasant stay overall!

The staff was "Awsome " (Chritina,Marlo,and Diamond) Beautiful ladies helpful , polite and explained everything told us about the amenities and how things were. I loved the room it was spacious inviting and comfortable. There was also a tall gentleman didn't get his name we saw him when we walked pass the gym and at other times was helpful as the door was locked he said "Since he saw us a few times he knew we were guests!" and opened the door for us Lot of nice hard working folks to help us have a good stay and we did !

I was upgraded to a suite which was really nice. The room was nice and clean. One thing I was disturbed about was that they had water bottles in the rooms but you had to pay $7. Where I am from hotels provided amenities in the rooms for the guests instead of paying for it. Valet is also not included. One hotel charges differently than others. Mine was $47 for valet. This is the consequence of staying in the city downtown.

Clean room. Friendly staff except one front desk person was a little brusque but overall nice. I booked a room with a king size bed and was given a room with two queen beds. I was not told, only given the room key for me to find out when I went to the room. I went back to the desk to verify the charge would be the same. So, poor communication.
