A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, paredes todas depreciadas por uso, muito pó nos rodapés, geladeira suja, tinha até um pequeno inseto quando chegamos, muitas formigas na sala, apartamento 102 e a pior unidade que já fiquei no The Spot One, precisa manutenção, limpeza e dedetização.

Contato virtual com o responsável poderia melhorar. Localização do apto boa, rápido acesso ao shopping. Apto amplo e agradável, porém precisa de um pouco de manutenção. O que mais nos desagradou foi a completa ausência de vedação nas janelas e sacada, era possível ouvir o barulho de carros e até de pessoas conversando na rua. Resultado: não tivemos nenhuma noite boa de sono.

Gostei da hospedagem, principalmente o acesso ao Shopping. O Apartamento é muito aconchegante, tem utensílios básicos. Infelizmente tive um contratempo, sai com minha família, quando voltamos o nosso acesso estava bloqueado. Muito constrangedor.

A localização do imóvel é um diferencial, com saída integrada ao shopping e ao lado de algumas atrações da cidade. O apto disponibilizado é grande, bem decorado e com cozinha equipada minimamente para deixar tudo funcional. Cama confortável e bom banheiro. Destaco como ponto a melhorar apenas a limpeza do local. O apartamento em si é muito bom, disposicao dos comodos, quartos banheiros, cozinha completa, banheiros... garagem com vaga dupla e grandes! Condomínio bem completo, lavanderia, excelente academia, piscina.. acesso direto ao shopping o que facilita para a alimentação e passeios! Pontos de atenção: limpeza precária, distante da praia acesso somente de veiculo, bastante movimentação de veiculos nas pistas 24hs por dia e sistema de fechamento das janelas nao bloqueia entrada do barulho (fiquei hospedada no 1 andar), para estadias longas poderiam fazer a substituição das toalhas e roupa de cama, tive que lavar na lavanderia do condomínio!

Tem uma vantagem imensa que é ter acesso direto ao balneário shopping. Além disso toda acomodação é super moderna, tudo novo e funcionando muito bem. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, ótimas camas e banheiro bem equipado. Quanto ao estacionamento ele é amplo, limpo, mas não é muito fácil de você achar quando chega no edifício. A entrada com reconhecimento facial funciona muito bem. O portão é rápido, mas a primeira entrada tem mão inglesa o que pode confundir o usuário.
