A proprietária é um pouco inflexível em solicitar nossos dados no site (idade e nome) mas depois entendemos o porquê. O prédio é pequeno, muito moderno e confortável e estava lotado com pessoas na mesma situação que nós, como se tivessem escolhido os vizinhos perfeitos. Nossos dias de repousoforam um céu na praia.. Apartamento perfeito, completo, lindo, calmo... uma cozinha tao perfeita e maravilhos e nem usamos.tem uma panificadora perto que o café e os pães e doces sao o maximo.. O mercadinho tudo fresco e muitavariedade... Passavamos os dias na bela Camboriu, nadando, andando, visitando. Chegavamos no apto. Para banho e cama... camacheirosa, Arconperfeito, chuveiro espetacular... Que mais vcvai querer???? Tivemos muitasombra e agua fresca...Pessoal da locação sempre atento... Avaliação de Hospedagem no Mezzon Residence em Balneário Camboriú

Estivemos em Balneário Camboriú no período de 19/01/16 à 26/01/16.Ficamos no apartamento do 3° andar do Mezzon Residence. O apartamento é muito confortável, com padrão de limpeza necessários para uma excelente estadia.O que estava descrito no site e nas fotografias, nós comprovamos ao chegar. Os contatos ,via Email, foram tranquilos e a proprietária Eneida Simone nos atendeu com presteza e passou todas as orientações necessárias além das dicas de Camboriú. A localização do apartamento, embora não seja na orla, para nós foi excelente pois a distância da praia é pequena e as ruas próximas tem bom comércio, além de facilitar o transporte para alguns pontos turísticos. Recomendamos e esperamos retornar um dia!! Família Ulhôa - Minas Gerais.

O apartamento possui tudo de bom e do melhor, tecnologicamente falando. A proprietária tem construtora e fez o imóvel com oque há de mais moderno. Muito conforto, localização muito boa, limpeza exelente. A Garagem é tão limpa que daria para fazer uma festa nela!

Um apartamento excelente, gostei no verão do terraço, agora o 3o andar, tudo no mesmo padrão dos outros. Aqui tem uma hidromassagem na Suíte mas eu sinto falta do SPA do 1o andar. Estou me acostumando com coisas ótimas, comemorativo de Dia das Mães!

Encontramos nesse imóvel exatamente o que esperávamos pelas fotos. Apartamento extremamente novo, completo e bem mobiliado. Ideal para tirar férias e sentir-se em casa. O suporte recebido no local, é de um hotel. A região é gostosa, possui várias opções para alimentação e compras. Localizado a uma quadra e meia do mar, não se torna longe. Vale a pena conhecer!
