"The power outlets and USB ports were broken."

"Staff was helpful and check in was simple. We did have a big problem with parking. I had received a message from the property giving me parking instructions. When we went to go there, we realized it was permanently closed. I messaged the property and they said it was closed and to continue on to this other multi story car park they were associated with. We realized this car park was not near the hotel and decided to park in outside, uncovered parking behind the hotel. The room was basic but clean enough. I didnt like that they didnt provide a hair dryer."

"The property is basic. Room was very small and utilitarian. It would be nice if they cleaned the carpets better as there was something on the carpet outside the bathroom and it wasn’t cleaned properly. I only stayed one night as it was incredibly expensive on a Saturday night. My limited Interaction with staff was great. One gave me some suggestions for local pubs and things to see."
