"In a very easy location for the city. Rooms quite large and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a fantastic choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast coffee machine broken and so long queues. Breakfast buffet food great as always but replenishing needed to be more frequent and coordinated. Seemed few staff on. "

"Always a problem with the room. Noisy air con or heating. Always cold in room when arrive. Need to sit in coat and heating doesng work for 10 mins "

"Our room was on the 4th floor. No issue with that but there seemed to be a little cluster of rooms all quite close together. Again no issues with neighbours or noise. The room was just disappointing. A view of a brick wall and a yard meaning there was very little natural light in the room. The bed was also not the most comfortable. The desk seemed to be out of place and the bathroom could have been a little tidier. The food and staff were great in all honesty, pity the room tarnished it a bit."
