Good location

Posted 07-Oct-2016
Location: From the hotel you can walk in to Ballybofey and Stranlalor, where there are some nice shops, you can also visit the Famine Village.
Room was very comfortable and clean, the one thing I would like in the room is a box of tissues, Milk should be changed every day as the milk in our room was sour, other than that we had a very enjoyable stay and the food was very good too.

Horrible, old, damp hotel. Would never stay again

Posted 03-Oct-2016
Horrible, old damp room. Smell of damp as soon as you go towards the bedrooms. I would never stay on this hotel again. So disappointed there are rooms in such poor condition in some hotels.

Family hotel

Posted 01-Sep-2016
Good pool and spa facilities. Restaurant food good and reasonably priced. However hotel quite run down and in need of refurbishment. Foyer couches very worn and soiled when viewed in.day light. Very nice and polite staff but don't compensate for the surroundings .

Tutto Ok, personale molto gentile, arredamento un po' datato ma camera pulita e spaziosa. Asciugacapelli in camera, al costo di 5€ forniscono un adattore per la presa elettrica.

Wi Fi does not work

Posted 05-Jul-2016 on Hotels
Hotel is ok for a night but this is the third time using it over past 6 months and every time WI Fi is terrible. Excuses made for it not working are a bit tiring now. Will need to find alternative for future visits Parts of the hotel are nice but rooms need refurbishment.

Hotel a mixture of excellent and below par.

Internet was down for first 24 hours. Our room was very spacious but natural wooden floors meant lots of noise from room above. Breakfasts were good but dinner meals a bit hit and miss.

Nice hotel - bedrooms need updating

Posted 20-May-2016 on Hotels
Positives: Good location, friendly staff, bar food excellent, good parking facilities. Negatives: Rooms are in need of some modernisation, first floor hallway smelled extremely musty and efforts to hide the smell using pot pourri only made it worse. However I would stay here again.

Nice place for a good nights sleep

Business stay in popular hotel; evidenced by multiple weddings. Despite the parties room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast could offer more in way of pastries but cooked breakfast was excellent.
