Alexa voice control and smart home features make lights and a few helpers simple (please do not reprogram devices). The full kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee bar, and dining for 6.

Sleeps 8: King Room (50" smart TV), Queen Room (42" smart TV), and Twin Room with a queen bunk bed, 42" smart TV, and arcade machine. There is one newly renovated full bathroom with heated floors (bathroom only), a lighted/heated defog makeup mirror, Japanese-style heated smart toilet, and a glass walk-in shower.

Outside: a large deck overlooking the forest, propane BBQ, giant Jenga and yard games, and driveway parking on a quiet street.

Ballston Lake public dock, fishing, and boat launch are about 4–5 minutes away (no private lake frontage on this property). 18 min to Saratoga Race Course. Great for families, couples, race season, SPAC concerts, college visits, skiing nearby in winter, and Capital Region work or hospital stays.

Fast Wi-Fi (about 100 Mbps). Fresh well water; bottled drinking water provided. Check-in 3:00 PM, checkout 12:00 PM. Host Daniel lives next door and responds quickly.
