"We had a fabulous stay at Elements of Byron. We stayed three nights from Wednesday onwards and they had only just opened on Monday. There were a few little anomalies with the breakfast service but nothing that you wouldn't expect seeing they had just opened. The staff were lovely, attentive and personable.
