Keep It Down: Channel your inner ninja and keep noise levels reasonable.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed in the booking can stay overnight. No sneaky sleepovers.
No Parties: Let’s keep it cosy, not crazy.
Pets: Only dogs are allowed at our properties, and only with prior approval. Check the listing for specific pet rules—Fido deserves a holiday too, but only if we've given the green light!
Upon Check-Out

#### Not the best, not the worst
Dishwasher was mouldy and had to run twice to wash the dishes. Spa was grimey and dirty so we couldn’t use it which was the main reason we chose this house. No wine glasses. Overall cleanliness of house was not great. Check in process was easy, communication was great. Although stay was quite disappointing.
