Plus, Victoria Park is only two minutes away. This 139-square-foot tiny home situated on a flat area surrounded by orchards and park trees. It offers easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—ensuring a comfortable stay as you explore more holiday homes. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny home, the front garden, and the orchard, while other areas can be explored under supervision. The Neighborhood: Tiny in Orchard by Tiny Away is a charming tiny house in Mitchell Park, just 17 minutes drive from Ballarat and an hour from Melbourne, surrounded by farmland and nature, with cafés 9 km away, a winery just 2 km away, and easy access to Ballarat’s attractions, local parks, Mt Cole, the Grampians, Mt Beckworth, and Sovereign Hill. Getting Around: By car: \- 17 mins drive from Ballarat \- 1 hr drive from Melbourne \- 24 mins from or to Mount Beckworth \- 1 hr drive from or to Mount Cole (consult land host for details) All are accesible by 2WD. By public transportation: The tiny house is just 7.3 kms to Wendouree train station. For more details, please contact land host a day in advance. Thank you.
