Lake Apartment is a two bedroom apartment in a fantastic position, so close to the lake and very handy to the CBD. It has a well appointed kitchen, dining area, a spacious sitting and television room, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a separate laundry area. Bedding configuration is one king size bed and one queen bed. There is a television in each bedroom. The sitting room has a magnificent window fitted with double roller blinds providing all the privacy you require while not obstructing the view out. Lake Apartment has a small private courtyard area with BBQ and undercover parking for a small car. Generally parking is on the street or in driveway. Lake Apartment is central and within about 50 metres of Lake Wendouree with restaurants and recreational areas a short stroll. Lake Apartment is non smoking and pets are not allowed. A very convenient location and lovely neighbourhood. We had gorgeous weather so were able to stroll around the lake but also just a short drive from the main stretch. The only downside was the couch cushions slipped when we sat on it but there are other comfy seats. We will definitely be keen to stay there again on our next visit to Ballarat :) ##### Alesha H. Also the bathroom supplies were great. The garden area was nice for a coffee outside and being so close to lake for our boys doing rowing camp was excellent A bonus was the cafe I discovered at the end of our street !
