Room was big but the bath tub was old & dirty eventhough we were told that that 10th floor we were allocated is newly renovated. The chair had corners torn.

We were very happy with this apartment. We booked for a family of 5, 3 grown up children. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. Easy walking to the rest of GeorgeTown shopping and eating. The Japanese restaurant downstairs was superb. There is no checking in desk. The Citadine Hotel communicated with us using WhatsApp. The process was fairly easy. At night apartment a little noisy with nearby traffic. Beds were comfy though. All in all we would recommend this accommodation.

"Second time staying at The Prestige. We mainly went back for the Spa and the room. I liked the water pressure and also they have filtered water tap in the room so I can refill my bottle. The room is very spacious and comfortable for two pax, however the carpets do have some stains but not too obvious. ..."
