"Was a very nice well kept hotel, room was very nice and staff making up the rooms done a fantastic job, always clean and tidy to come back to, bar staff were fantastic also under a lot of pressure while I was visiting during to a very large party of people but done a great job"

"Had a brilliant time with my husband and absolutely loved seeing the newly renovated Crieff Hydro, it’s absolutely beautiful. We were there child-free celebrating our 10-year anniversary, so it felt extra special. The meals and breakfasts were outstanding and really made the stay even more enjoyable. Our only frustrating moment was when we tried to have a drink in the adult bar. Unfortunately, there appeared to be only one member of staff on. We sat down for around 15 minutes without any acknowledgment or update that we couldn’t be served, and eventually ended up going to the other bar instead. Such a shame, as we were really looking forward to enjoying that part of the experience. Overall though, we had a lovely stay."

"New parking charge of £10 per day. Ants in bedroom, pool locker jammed and had to wait 25 mins to get clothes etc and asked for a towel to be told to use the hairdryer to warm myself. No plug in wash hand basin. Feel that hotel has been let to run down lately. Food expensive !!! "
