Welcoming, professional and friendly team. Dealt with an electrical issue in my room quickly and without fuss whilst I enjoyed a complimentary drink in the cosy bar. Excellent food. 10 minute walk to the beautiful lake. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff and exceptional breakfast with big room. Could hear upstairs when they used the bathroom but wasn’t loud and there was one stain on the bed sheets but other than that it was great!

The Plas yn Dre hotel is a gem. Located in Bala high street (Parking at back) a short walk to lake, it's fabulous for a short visit. the hosts are amazing, the restaurant gorgeous and great value and the room a delight . We stayed in one of the attic rooms with low doorways, but it was absolutely lovely. Coming back for sure
