"La limpieza de la habitacion no era todos los dias, un dia dejaron las toallas rotas, el transporte al aeropuerto fue cobrado y decia q es gratuito, el desayuno era el mismo todos los dias, esta muy lejos de la estacion del metro. Muy pocas personas hablan ingles. Y el wifi no funciona, y tuvieron problemas electricos en ocaciones no tenian luz. No le recomiendo a nadia."

"My husband and I recently visited the city for a few days, and we were recommended to try out your hotel. We booked the Club Executive King room, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Queenie, who greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in to the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, we had to leave our luggage with Queenie because we wanted to try their famous Chinese cuisine when we arrived and she assured us that our luggage will be delivered and taken care of seamlessly. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning in the future!"

"We had room with view on Canton Tower and bath tub place next to the window. Great views, great location, great hotel and unbeatable price. Hotel breakfast was good, lobby connected to shopping mall, where we discovered good restaurant on the 4th floor I believe with small terrace serving American cuisine, they always give you warm bread before meal. We can also recommend restaurants Oggi (Italian), Black Bamboo that is on the same square, walking distance from hotel but we always taxi there, 5 min. We definitely stay in Conrad next time, "
