"Very rude receptionists, not friendly and unhelpful. Called ahead of booking and was told by the staff breakfast was included with the booking, showed up and was told we had a pay £12 a day per person for breakfast. Ended up paying an additional £120 for two nights for 4 of us. Receptionists were rude about the situation. We booked a room with a balcony and did not receive the room we booked. Other members of the family received the balcony room and during the night it had rained and water...

"I loved this place. The family who own it are genuine and hard working. We visited pre-season but they accommodated us and made us feel welcome. The estate itself is charming and its proximity to Gargano National Park and Vieste is a plus. The restaurant food was delicious."

"The hotel is located by the north side of Vieste, opposite the sea and near the port. The property seems new and the staff is very friendly and attentive; we loved the lady serving the breakfast (especially my mum). I would love to go back at the hotel. "

La camera con il balcone davvero molto bella, il faro, le stelle, sembrava una cartolina. Venendo da lontano ed avendo trovato del traffico, abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di attendere il check in alle 21:30, ci hanno gentilmente atteso ed è stato molto gradito. Speriamo di tornare presto.
