"Pros;
Everyone, and I mean everyone that worked at this resort was friendly with the exception of the very first person we came in contact with while checking in. She was actually miserable, but he did not let her sway us. We did ask a question and not only did the person tell us where to go, they would actually walk us all the way to where we wanted to be. They were really helpful and genuinely kind people. The beach is beautiful. Plenty of chairs. Lunch grill by the bar was very good. Get the cheeseburger or the jerk chicken. The buffet was OK. Nothing to write home about some days were better than others, but it is a typical buffet.
Cons:
Was in room 528. Absolutely zero water pressure. And I mean zero. Was afraid the dripping of water was going to stop before I got the soap off. Can only speak for that room. Always ran out of cushions for the beach chairs. The chairs were very hard. Decided to try one of the restaurants instead of buffet. That night was the Asian restaurant. How bad could it be?. Unfortunately it was bad. Bite size appetizers. Dinner was OK. Dessert was OK. Kind of like the upscale restaurant that serves you a huge plate with a bean in the middle. We got done there and went to really eat at the buffet. Kind of crazy lol. Yes the hotel is outdated. They were painting wall walls in the hallway in the middle of the day. Room is cute, yes, could have been cleaner. But all in all for the price, we had an excellent time. Thank you Breezes!"
