This is a place for pay sex, no hot water and the room temperature is so cold at night with paper thin blanket. They will bring you a condom and a dick pill to your room.

The place is clean. It does not smell of old unused room. There should also hot water in the faucet (sink) for washing hands and tooth brushing.

Cold rooms.

Pros: Nice and helpful staff, great breakfast delivered to the room, nicely decorated room, parking right under the room. Cons: Far from city center (hotels.com says 1.3 km - actual distance from the city center is 2.8km), room have no air-conditioning and are FREEZING cold (yes Baguio gets cold at night). Hotel provides only THIN blanket. Wi-fi signal is too low in the room and there is only 2G on SMART. I booked this based on hotels.com description as being 1.3km from the city center. However, it's was double that distance and not even close to walking distance.
