"Since I walked in the front doors until I left to my next destination amazing staff , service , breakfast and location . Taxi dropped me off at the front entrance and picked me up as well . Staff scheduled taxi service when requested . Breakfast had many options and fresh . Coffee was amazing , breakfast delicious and even learned a couple of words in Italian . Location was great , I walked everywhere and if I needed a taxi , they were there quick like lightning . Beds where comfortable and ac was cold like I like it . Thank you to all your staff . I would definitely stay there again ."

"Very quirky suite with lovely paintings adorning the walls. Floors were a bit creaky in that you could hear people upstairs, but, you get used to it. Ideal location as only a 5 minute stroll from the Piazza Majiore and all the adjacent bars and restaurants."

"Good location- just outside the ZTL and 15min walk to Piazza Maggiore; on a quiet suburban street. Clean premises with all the comfort amenities including hairdryer, washing machine, a/c, coffee maker etc etc. Very helpful host, who left good instructions and easy check-in. Large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and comfy bed and pillows. Only very minor issues: a little bit of mould in the bathroom; narrow staircase to get to front door - care with larger suitcase. We were not aware we needed to request onsite parking but there were a few paid carparks nearby. The rooftop terrace was inaccessible when we visited."

"Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt."
